National University Hospital Dr Mark Puhaindran graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1998. He completed his MRCS training in 2004, and completed his specialist training in hand surgery in 2007. Dr Mark Puhaindran was inspired to do hand surgery early in his surgical training. Even during his medical school days at the National University of Singapore, he was intrigued by the interesting and challenging surgeries that were performed here. His areas of interest include microsurgery and musculoskeletal tumours, and he will be leaving to do his fellowship training in this field in 2008.
